Liv and Drew started a new morning routine.
After about 10 "one more hugs" . . . they run to the window and bellow "goood byyyye Daaaaad!" until he's finally out of sight.
Now that the weather is a little cooler (freezing), the window stays shut.
But now he's out there longer since he's scraping the car windows
(until we finish getting the garage cleaned out).
