Phase 1: Wrap hair around straws and tie straw in a knot.
Since you won't know how many straws you'll need as a first timer, you should do just under a million and it should take at least an hour.
Phase 2: Sleep on the straws and take them out in the morning.
You'll loose about 7+ inches of length in hair, you'll realize immediately you could have gotten away with only 500,000 straws and only 30 minutes. But you'll love it . . . if it's Halloween.
Phase 3: Carefully separpate the curls, get dressed and apply make up.
You'll swear it was easy and fun that you'll do it again soon . . . but you won't.
Your daughter will be so appreciative of your extra effort and you'll feel like for once, you came through for you daughter.
