Only 3 1/2 more weeks . . .

Still going strong!  We didn't remember the camera for everything, but I tried.

Scera Pool . . . Addison went to Scera Pool last year with our neighbor and has been begging to go back!  So we all went including Ariel for Drew.

Sprinklers and kids . . . It's so hot finally, so it's sprinklers, the pool or the slip n' slide as often as possible. Our neighborhood situation has evolved this year since all these little kids are getting older and can run around with a little more freedom.

Bee's Batting Practice . . . Ansen and Addison went to the Bee's batting practice with our neighbors, Jackson and Peyton.  Ansen goes every year with his firm's season tickets, but this is the first year Addie went.  The kids had an absolute blast!  Both the boys won an autographed bat and Addison got an autographed ball.

The Cannery . . . Addison said it was the best Mommy/Daughter date she's been on.  Good to know.  And she really was a huge helper.  She loved the hair nets and brought one home for Liv.

Swimming Lessons . . . Since Drew changed our lives to early mornings we signed up for the first lesson of the morning for Olivia.  No one else seems to really love that time so the classes were small and it was picturesque every morning.  Addison took private night lessons, but we never got a picture.

Every morning I have those moments where I think about how much I really, really love my life - sitting outside in the beautiful, morning sun (before it's too hot), watching my cute Olivia bob around in the pool,  reading Harry Potter with Addison and playing with the cute little guy walking around my chair.

Boating . . . with Banna, Branda and Jeff.  The girls love it, but Drew just tolerates his life jacket.   He did like splashing in the water and then laid back on his life jacket head thing, crossed this legs and relaxed.

We ended this day early when Banna tore her hamstring slalom skiing!  My mom can swim with her sunglasses and keeping her hair dry, ski around the lake and then cut it, float down and swim in with not a hair out of place.  She tore her hamstring right as she was trying to get up and I think this may have been the end of her water skiing career.
BYU Art Museum & Ice Cream from Jeff . . . nothing too special, but something to do.  We did find the best exhibit of black and white pictures from the 70's with these hilarious, sarcastic captions making fun of people and the nation's obsession with materialism.  Then we headed to COldstone to see Jeff and get some ice-cream!

Cowabunga Bay . . . Ansen won season tickets to the Blaze this year and it included the season ticket holder party at Cowabunga Bay.  We ditched Buggy and the girls both brought a friend and we had a blast!
And the CAR . . . though we've been busy having fun most of the summer, to have fun you have to drive and drive and drive all the time!  Plus the regular errands.  It seems like a good portion of the summer I've just seen this view of my three kids hanging in the car.  We have to get a little bribe here and there, right?!  Drew has a few songs that he gets super excited about - waving his hands and clapping.  Olivia loves to watch him so she's always requesting to "play one of Drew's songs!"
