Confidence . . .

It took Ansen and I awhile to decide to do Cheer for Addison last Fall.  It was pricey, plus the uniform, shoes, make-up, competitions, 3 hours of practice in the later evenings . . .  and she was only 6! 

But we're so glad we did it so here we go again for at least another year.

She's gained so much confidence and she's worked hard for something she wanted!  I think this was the first step to knowing that she can do hard things.  It never comes the first time you try or even the 100th time, but with practice and effort she can do it.  She's had to work at it, but she's mastered her cartwheel, round off, running round off, back walkover, front walk over and she just finally got her back hand spring this week!
