Addie, My Girl

We have a teenager!  A true, legitimate teenager.
Addie turned 13 this year and we seriously wonder where the time went.

I won't say I've "mastered" birthdays, but I did step it up as Mom . . . which is this year's main goal.

We went to dinner at Pizza Factory and opened presents.  She wanted all art supplies, which was fun.  She also got golf lessons . . . that someone is super thrilled about (Ansen).

And this is a girl after my own heart - she picked cheesecake.

On her birthday we went to the Temple with the Beehives (at 5:00 am) to do baptisms.  Second year in a row . . . it seems like a nice, new tradition.
